Healthy Healing Whole Food Banana and Oat Smoothie

Whip up this nutrition-packed smoothie for an on-the-go breakfast, meal-in-a-glass, or satisfying snack.
Banana + Oat
Serves: 2
INGREDIENTS
1 banana
½ cup low-fat plain yogurt
½ cup almond / rice / coconut milk
¼ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
2 teaspoons flaxseeds
1 tablespoon Agave / Stevia
1 cup ice
For an extra boost also add 2 teaspoons Liquid Chlorophyll
Combine all ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth.
