Carrot, cucumber, celery and apple juice

4 carrots    
1 apple
1 celery stick
¼ a cucumber
½ a lemon

Wash the ingredients. Cut the ends off the carrots and celery and core the apple.

Cut all the ingredients into smaller pieces and juice. Mix well and serve chilled.

Green Juice Recipes Energizer

- 2 apples
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 lemon (peeled)                          
- 1/2 cup of kale
- 1/2 cup of spinach
- 1/4 bunch of celery
- 1/4 bulb of fennel
- 1″ of ginger
- 1/4 head of romaine lettuce

  • 1/2 watermelon, without rind
  • 1 lemon
  • 5 oranges
  • 1/2 pineapple, peeled
